My experience with Mike as a realtor has been more than I could have hoped. I started my search back in November to buy. We went through obstacle after obstacle with the market at that time. Between having to change up my entire search because my budget changed, having such few options in the area that I wanted, and tons of negotiating, Mike had my back through it all. He communicated and executed exceptionally and made sure I knew of any market updates as soon as they came about. My time frame was super short and he still made it happen. He was always there to take my texts and calls. Obviously he took me to see all the potential places. I tried not to call too late at night but he would respond at all hours. My husband and I started the process of looking for a home in July, we didn’t have an agent and by chance were linked with Mike through Zillow. The moment we met Mike, we knew he would be the agent that we would continue the home buying process with. Mike wasn’t pushy and always had our best interest in mind. We ended up putting in multiple offers and not getting some, at the same time having to back out of a few as well - I imagine this was a pain for him, but through it all he was understanding and made sure we were doing what was right for us.
